摘要

慢性尿路感染是临床常见的泌尿系统疾病，属于中医的劳淋范畴，以尿频、尿急、尿痛，伴腰痛、小腹坠胀，或有畏寒乏力为主要症状，遇劳或遇情绪波动以上症状容易加重。仝小林院士认为本病多属于本虚标实之证，本虚多为脾肾阳虚，标实多为湿热，常用生薏苡仁、黑顺片、败酱草三味态靶结合以温阳散寒、清热利湿止淋，其中常用薏苡仁15～60 g，黑顺片6～15 g（先煎2 h），败酱草15～30 g。对于久淋不愈、小便淋沥不已者效果显著。

Abstract

Chronic urinary tract infection is a common clinical urinary system disease, which belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine named Stranguria. The main symptoms are frequent urination, urgent micturition, urethral astringent pain, continuous and repeated low back pain, abdominal distension, chills, fatigue, aggravated after tired and mood swings. Professor TONG Xiaolin believes that this disease mostly belongs to the syndrome of difficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, which means spleen-kidney Yang deficiency, with damp-heat. It is often treated with Raw coix seed (15-60 g), Monkshood (6-15 g, decocted 2 h early) and Patrinia(15-30 g), which can warm yang and disperse cold, clear away dampness and heat, and has a significant effect on prolonged illness.
