摘要

旨在通过温疫论中“三消饮”的立法方义，探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎主要临床症状的病机及治法用药。认为新型冠状病毒肺炎属“疫病”。湿毒既是新型冠状病毒肺炎的主要病理产物又是其主要致病因素。湿毒秽浊稽留，气机失常，是引起新型冠状病毒肺炎肺系症状和脾胃系症状的主要病机。诊治时应注重中医四诊与现代医学辅助诊疗技术相结合，辨证与辨病相结合，辨识标证，关注本证，对证或予祛湿化浊燥痰之剂，或予宣郁疏卫、透达郁热之方。并将“治未病”理念贯穿于新型冠状病毒肺炎整个病程治疗中，体现“早通腑，早通瘀，早固本”的治疗特色。

Abstract

The aim is to explore the pathogenesis of the main clinical symptoms of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and the treatment methods and drugs through the legislative meaning of the Sanxiao Yin (三消饮) in the theory of pandemic disease. It is believed that COVID-19 belongs to the scope of the"epidemic" of Chinese medicine. Wet poison is both the main pathological product and the main pathogenic factor of COVID-19. The damp toxin and dirty turbidity stay in the body, and the abnormal movement of Qi is the main pathological mechanism that causes the pulmonary symptoms and spleen and stomach symptoms of COVID-19. Diagnosis and treatment should focus on the combination of the four-diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical auxiliary diagnosis and treatment technology, the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation, identification of signs, attention to this syndrome, and treatment of syndromes or use agents for removing dampness and turbid phlegm, or or removing melancholy and dredging defensive exterior, spreading stagnant heat. And the concept of "preventive treatment" is used throughout the treatment of COVID-19, embodying the treatment characteristics of "clearing the organs early, clearing blood stasis early, and consolidating the root early" .
