摘要

慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）是一种常见多发病，以长病程，多并发症，高致残率和病死率为特点，患者处于虚弱和生活质量低下状态。目前COPD发病机制尚不明确，临床疗效有限。继承传统中医对COPD的认识，结合临床实际，认为其致病根源在于以肺、脾为核心的脏腑整体功能失调，其会导致阳气虚弱，卫表不固，宗气不足，痰饮滞留，表现为憋喘、胸闷、气短和乏力等症状。以肺脾为核心的脏腑整体观指导治疗COPD，能够改善肺、脾、肾多脏功能，充盈宗气，固密卫气，截断痰源，调畅气机，从而实现控制发作、延缓进展、减少致残、提高生存质量等目标，满足临床需求，为中医治疗提供参考。

Abstract

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common and frequently-occurring disease, characterized by a long course, multiple complications, high disability and mortality. COPD patients are in a state of weakness and low quality of life. At present, the pathogenesis of COPD is not clear, and the clinical efficacy is limited. Inheriting the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine on COPD, combined with the actual clinical situation, it is believed that the root cause of the disease is the dysfunction of the viscera with lung and spleen as the core. The holistic view of the internal organs with lung and spleen as the core in the treatment of COPD can improve the functions of lung, spleen and kidney, consolidate the Weiqi and cut off the source of phlegm, which can achieve the goal of delaying progress, and reducing disability and improving the quality of life, etc. This method meets clinical needs and provides reference for traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
