Clinical Experience of Longjiang HAN's Gynecology Treating Premenstrual Syndrome
Objective,2,Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a syndrome characterized by emotional, behavioral and physical disor-ders occurring 7-14 days beforemenstruation. PMSseriously affects the life and work of patients. The etiology and pathogenesis of PMS are various and complex. Furthermore, the treatment of PMS is thorny and difficult. PMShas became one of the diseases which perplex women of childbearing age. This article summarized the clinical experience of Longjiang HAN's Gynecology trea-ting premenstrual syndrome, so as to provide new ideas in treating premenstrual syndrome.,Methods,2,The pathogenesis and treat-ment of PMS in westernmedicinewere analyzed and the academic viewpoint and clinical experience of Longjiang HAN's gyneco-logical treatment in premenstrual syndromewere discussed from the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinesemedicine sim-ultaneously. Twomedical records were added as evidence.,Results,2,Longjiang HAN's Gynecology considers that themain respon-sibility of PMS is liver, and closely related to spleen and kidney. Themain pathogenesis is liver Qi stagnation, liver and kidney es-sence and blood deficiency, liver restraining spleen. The treatment is based on soothing liver. Bailing Tiaogan Decoction (百灵调肝汤) is used in the treatment. The treatment is based on syndrome differentiation, clinical treatment and emotional counseling, cooperating with emotional counseling. The curative effect is very good.,Conclusion,2,Longjiang HAN's gynecological treatment of PMS has uniquemethod and satisfactory clinical effect, which is worthy of promotion and learning.
