摘要

多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）是一种生育期女性临床常见的生殖内分泌紊乱性疾病。PCOS发病机制较为复杂，临床表现呈多态化，目前并无单一的理论体系能够解释所有临床证候群。韩延华教授为全国首届名老中医学术继承人，现从医30余年，其治疗妇科疾病有独到的见解。韩延华教授从中医学整体观念出发，承袭韩百灵先生“肝肾学说”，创新性提出“肝主冲任”理论，尤注重以肝为核心诊治妇人疑难疾病，处方精妙。韩延华教授在诊治PCOS肝郁证型时，中西医融合，本文详论其用药及诊治思路。

Abstract

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a kind of clinical common growth period female reproductive endocrine disor-der. The pathogenesis of PCOS is complex and clinical manifestations are polymorphic. At present, there is no single theoretical sys-tem that can explain all clinical syndromes. Professor HAN Yanhua is the firs their to the old traditional Chinese medicine practi-tioners. She has been in medicine for more than 30 years. She has unique insights into treating gynecological diseases. Proceeding from the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine, professor HAN Yanhua inherited Mr. HAN Bailing's "theory of liver and kidney", and innovatively put forward the theory of "liver controlling Chong and Renmeridians", with particular emphasis on the diagnosis and treatment of women's difficult diseases with the liver at the core, and exquisite prescription. In the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS liver stagnation syndrome, professor HAN Yanhua integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. This article discussed her medication, diagnosis and treatment ideas in detail.
