摘要

介绍郑绍周教授临床治疗寻常型银屑病的经验和学术思想。郑师认为寻常型银屑病以脾胃亏虚为发病之源，痰浊瘀毒为发病关键，且郑师首次提出了“寒热两极化”和“癣痰同治”的理论。郑师认为应采用中西医结合的方式，分阶段论治，并将“透法”理论贯穿治疗全程，疗效颇佳。作者有幸跟师学习，深有体会，现将郑绍周教授治疗寻常型银屑病的经验和学术思想加以整理，以期为临床治疗银屑病提供一些借鉴。

Abstract

It introduced Professor ZHENG Shaozhou's experience and academic thoughts on clinical treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Master ZHENG believes that psoriasis vulgaris is caused by deficiency of spleen and stomach, and phlegm and blood stasis are the key to the onset of disease. Master ZHENG first proposed the theories of "polarization of cold and heat" and "treatment of ringworm and phlegm together". Master ZHENG believes that the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine should be used to discuss treatment in stages, and the "transparency" theory should be used throughout the treatment process, with good results. The author is fortunate to learn from the teacher and has deep experience. Now, the author has collated Professor ZHENG Shaozhou's experience and academic thoughts in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in order to provide some reference for clinical treatment of psoriasis.
