摘要

学习并总结蔡福养教授治疗鼻渊的学术经验，探讨其学术经验的渊源和辨治特色。蔡福养辨治鼻渊，理法方药均体现尊古崇经的思想，应用局部与全身辨证相结合的方法进行辨证论治，强调鼻渊的发病与肺、脾、肝胆之间的联系，以“宣、清、升、散”为治疗原则，常以泻白散、苍耳子散、龙胆泻肝汤和补中益气汤等方加减化裁，并形成自己的经验方“蔡氏鼻窦炎汤”，对总结鼻渊的病因病机以及临床辨治鼻渊均有积极的指导意义。

Abstract

It is to study and summarize Professor CAI Fuyang's academic experience on treating nasosinusitis and explore the origin and characteristics of his academic experience. CAI Fuyang's syndrome differentiation and treatment of the nasosinusitis are based on the method of combining the local and systemic syndrome differentiation is used to treat nasosinusitis, emphasizing the relationship between the pathogenesis of the nasosinusitis and the lung, spleen, liver and gall, and the treatment principle of "dispersing, clearing, descending and distributing". Xuanbai Powde(泻白散), Cang'erzi Powder(苍耳子散), Longdan Xiegan Decoction(龙胆泻肝汤)and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(补中益气汤)are often used and the empirical formula CAI's Nasosinusitis Decoction(蔡氏鼻窦炎汤)has a positive guiding significance in summarizing the etiology and pathogenesis as well as in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of nasosinusitis, which embody the thought of respecting the ancient times and worshiping the classics.
