摘要

李鲤教授认为颤证病位在筋和脑，随着当代生活水平提高，饮食结构改变，临床更多见的是由多种病因导致的脾胃运化失职、风气内生、痰瘀阻滞，其基本病机是脾虚痰瘀互结，引动肝风，筋脉失养。李老治疗本病结合临床、恪守病机，重视调理脾胃，妙用虫类，以通为用，通以祛瘀、通以化源，临床疗效确切，以供借鉴。

Abstract

Professor LI Li believes that the location of tremor syndrome isthe brain and tendons.With the improvement of contemporary living standards and diet structure changes, spleen deficiency and phlegm-blood stasis is the basic pathogenesis of causing liver-wind and losing the nourishment of tendons and vessels.Professor LI Li treats the disease by paying attention to regulating the spleen and stomach andflexibly using insect drugs to remove blood stasis.The clinical efficacy is accuratefor reference.
