摘要

膏方又称煎膏、膏滋，广泛用于慢性病的调护及养生保健。刘真教授擅用膏方调治慢性疾病，在遵循中医整体观念、辨证论治的理论基础上，将“顾护中焦脾胃、调节气机升降”贯穿疾病治疗过程始终。近年来冠心病患者接受支架植入治疗的数量逐年增高，部分患者术后仍有心绞痛发作，该病病程长、易反复，病机虚实夹杂，适合应用中药膏方调治。对刘真教授临证应用膏方治疗该病的经验进行初步总结，供临床参考、借鉴。

Abstract

Paste prescription can be used for chronic diseases, care adjustment and health care. Professor Liu Zhen is good at using the paste prescription to adjust chronic diseases. On the basis of following the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation and treatment, Professor Liu Zhen used "regulating spleen and stomach, regulating qi machine" throughout the process of disease treatment. The number of stents treated in patients with coronary heart disease has increased year by year, and some patients still have angina attacks after surgery. Coronary heart disease is suitable for the application of Chinese paste prescription adjustment. The author made a preliminary summary of the experience of the treatment of the disease in this paper.
