摘要

脱发问题严重影响患者的生活、工作和心理健康，其治疗日渐受到广大人民群众的关注。杨志波教授从事皮肤病临床工作40余载，在脱发疾病的中医病因病机和治疗方面都有丰富独到的经验。杨教授认为脱发主要与肝、脾二脏相关，并提出运用“三因制宜”理论，即“因地、因时、因人”制宜辨治脱发，以中药内服配合中药外治，内外同调，标本兼顾，取得较好临床效果。

Abstract

Professor Yang Zhibo has been engaged in dermatology clinical work for more than 40 years. He has rich experience in the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of Alopecia. He has rich experience in the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of Alopecia. Professor Yang Zhibo thinks trichomadesis is mainly related to liver and spleen. And, he put forward the use of treatment in accordance with "three conditions" theory to debate the treatment of Alopecia, that is, "local conditions, the time, Patient's individuality" treatment of Alopecia. Alopecia is treated by combining internal and external treatment. Treating both manifestation and root cause of Alopecia.
