摘要

帕金森病是常见的神经系统变性病，目前尚无特效的治疗方法。中医药在帕金森病的治疗中具有一定的优势，黄世敬教授根据“虚气留滞”理论，认为肝肾亏虚、元气不足（虚气），瘀血、痰浊阻滞经络（留滞），进而化火、生风是帕金森病的基本病机，并提出“培元通滞”的治疗方法，通过益气、补益肝肾以“培元”，行气、化痰、活血、息风、清热以“通滞”，亦重视非运动症状的治疗，提高患者的生活质量，临床疗效良好。

Abstract

Parkinson's disease is a common degenerative disease of the nervous system, and there is no specific treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Parkinson's disease have a certain advantage, professor Huang Shijing according to the theory of deficient qi retention, liver and kidney deficiency, qi deficiency, blood stasis and phlegm turbidity blocking meridian (retention), and the fire, and the wind is the basic pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease, and put forward the Peiyuan Tongzhi treatment, by yiqi, benefit kidney to "Peiyuan", qi, eliminating phlegm, invigorate the circulation, Xi Feng, clear heat to "Tongzhi", also pay attention to the motor symptoms of treatment, improve the quality of life of patients. Good clinical effect has been obtained.
