摘要

消渴病是由于先天禀赋不足、饮食不节、情志失调、劳倦内伤等原因导致的以阴虚内热为主要病机，以“三多一少”为主要表现的病证。张崇泉教授行医近50年，临证处方用药宗法于历代经典，擅长从脾肾论治消渴病，并提出“脾肾同治，谨守阴阳”的治疗原则。从脾、肾二脏阐述消渴病的发病机理及辨治思路，并介绍张教授益气健脾、升提脾气、兼补肾之阴阳的诊疗思维及用药经验，为中医药治疗消渴病提供新的诊疗思路。

Abstract

Diabetes is caused by insufficiency of innate endowment, unrestrained diet, mental disorder, fatigue and internal injury, etc. The main pathogenesis is Yin deficiency and internal heat, and the main manifestation is "three more and one less". Professor Zhang Chongquan has been practicing medicine for nearly 50years. He is good at treating diabetes from the spleen and kidney, and put forward the principle of "treating both the spleen and the kidney, and keeping Yin and Yang". This paper expounds the pathogenesis and treatment of diabetes from the spleen and kidney, and introduces Zhang Lao’s diagnosis and treatment thinking and experience of invigorating qi and invigorating spleen, elevating temper and tonifying Yin and Yang of kidney, so as to provide a new diagnosis and treatment thinking for diabetes with traditional Chinese medicine.
