摘要

阮诗玮教授是福建省名中医，擅长诊治肾脏疾病。阮教授依据经典古方立方之法，在前人和自身临证经验基础上，提炼了针对专科病种基本病机与主导病机的有效经验方。介绍阮诗玮教授治疗紫癜性肾病、糖尿病肾病、痛风性肾病、红斑狼疮性肾病的经验方，并附医案以证其效。

Abstract

Professor Ruan Shiwei is a well-known Chinese medicine practitioner in Fujian Province, who is good at diagnosing and treating kidney diseases. Professor Ruan has explored and refined effective empirical prescriptions for the basic pathogenesis and leading pathogenesis of specialized diseases based on the classic ancient prescription method and on the basis of predecessors and his own clinical experience. To introduce Professor Ruan's corresponding experience prescriptions for treating purpura kidney, diabetic nephropathy, gout kidney, and lupus kidney, and attaches medical records to prove its effect.
