Famous doctor Huang Yuanyu's theory "soil pivot four organs,qi circle in round" believed that the movement of qi "rising from left to right, mediating miclcile-riao qi" had produced various physiological and pathological changes of human body. This paapeer explains the importance of the circuiation of middle-jiao qi in the pathogenesis of disease and treatment. If the flow is not smooth, a hundred diseases will be born. Gynecological menstrual disease, often for the viscera dysfunction, qi and blood disorders, flow not smooth,affect the Chong Ren Du Channels,and ultimateiy damage the uterus. Based on the theory of "soil pivot four organs,qi circle in round", this paper explores the pathogenic mechanism of gynecological menstrual disease in order to provide a new clinical idea for acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of menstrual disease.
