SAPHO syndrome is a clinical syndrome characterized by synovitis, acne, pustulosis, byperostosis, and osteitis. At present, systematic and perfect treatment plan has not been formed in clinical practice, Traditional Chinese medicine can promote and maintain the clinical curative effect of SAPHO syndrome. This paper summarizes Chen Mingling professor's treatment experience in regard to one case of SAPHO syndrome by traditional Chinese medicine, analysising the treatment and medication in order to provide convenience and thinking for clinical learning and treatment of the disease.
