Discussion onRecurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis (RVVC) from the Theory of Latent Pathogenic Factors
Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis (RVVC) is one of the common gynecological diseases. RVVC is difficult to cure because of the lingering condition, which affects the normal life and work of women. Therefore, clinical gynecological workers often pay attention to the effective prevention and treatment of this disease. To discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of RVVC from the theory of latent pathogenic factors. The main cause of RVVC is both deficiency of healthy factor and latent dampness pathogen. Due to the different constitution and viscera function of patients, the latent pathogenic factors are not all the same. We treat this disease according to distinguishing latent pathogenic factors, strengthening healthy factor and eliminating pathogenic factor, and treating both physiology and psychology.
