摘要

下肢慢性丹毒为外科常见病之一，具有病程久、反复发作的特点，陈宝贵教授认为内有余毒血热，外感湿邪、火毒、风邪，内外合邪，瘀滞肌肤为该病主要的病因病机，用药上采用分期论治、外洗配合内服的治疗方法，诸法共施使阳气足、气血活、风亦平，湿热除，有效缩短病程、防止复发，疗效显著。

Abstract

Chronic erysipelas of the lower extremities is one of the common diseases in surgery. The disease has a long course of disease, recurrent features. Professor CHEN Baogui believes that there are residual toxins and blood heat, external dampness, fire toxin, wind pathogens, internal and external pathogens. Blood stasis blocks the skin is the main etiology and pathogenesis. Treatment at different stages, combination with the external washing and oral administration can make ,yang qi, sufficient,qi, and blood activate, wind calm, dampness and heat removed, which effectively shortens the course of the disease, prevents recurrence, and the curative effect is definite.
