摘要

反复发作性单纯性下尿路感染是临床中较为常见、治疗较为棘手的类型，往往存在多重耐药菌感染，患者症状不易彻底缓解，是众多医家关注的重点问题。黄文政教授在长期的临床实践过程中，对该病的诊治有着独到见解和丰富的临床经验。文章就黄教授诊治该病的临床经验作一总结，以飨同道。

Abstract

Recurrent and simple lower urinary tract infection is a common type in clinical practice, which is more difficult to treat. There are often multidrug resistant bacterial infections, and the patients'symptoms are noteasy to be completely relieved. It is a key issue for many medical doctors. Professor HUANG Wenzheng has unique insights and rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease in the long-term clinical practice. This article summarizes Professor HUANG's clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease, in a similar light.
