Specialized physical examination: The upper eyelids of both eyes are swollen, the texture of the contact is hard, the eyeballs are not protruding, the movement of the eyeballs towards the upper temporal area is limited, and the eyeball movement is generally normal. Clear cornea in both eyes, KP -, deep anterior chamber, flicker -, round pupils,+light reflex, clear crystal.
