Summary of case history,　The patient went to the outpatient clinic due to "repeated nasal congestion, headache, mucus for more than half a year, aggravation with hyposmia for 2 months", Video nasal endoscopy showed that the nasal mucosa was pale and edematous, the bilateral inferior turbinates were swollen, a large amount of white mucus were seen in the middle meatus, no obvious abnormality was found in the nasopharynx, bilateral round pillows were symmetrical, and the eustachian tube were open. CT of paranasal sinuses showed: right maxillary sinusitis, left maxillary sinus ostium mucosal thickening; bilateral ethmoid sinusitis.,TCM diagnosis,　Chronic rhinorrhea- syndrome Cold dampness block orifice.,Western medicine diagnosis,　Chronic rhinosinusitis.,Therapeutic methods,　Cang Er Zi San and Ma Huang Fu Zi Xi Xin Decoction are added and subtracted to warm the yang and straighten the body, dispel turbidity and clear the orifices.,Clinical outcomes,　After the third consultation, the patient said that the headache and mucus were gone, the nasal congestion was improved, and the appetite was better than before. Video nasal endoscopy showed that there was no purulent discharge in the nasal cavity, and no obvious abnormality in the middle meatus and olfactory cleft. CT of paranasal sinuses showed no obvious abnormality. Chronic rhinosinusitis has healed.
