Summary of case history,　Mr. Jiang, 8 years old. Initial visit was on December 23,2018. Chief complaint: Cranial MRI examination, October 29, 2017, revealed"Focal nodules of the pituitary stalk, nature to be determined, neoplasia (size approximately 0.48 x 0.9 cm)". History of present illness: Drank too much water and frequent micturition, even sometimes could not control, poor appetite, did not vomit, fatigue, the coating on the tongue was yellow and the pulse was slippery,.TCM diagnosis,　xiaoke, yin deficiency of lung and kidney,Western medicine diagnosis,　pituitary adenoma,Therapeutic methods,　traditional Chinese medicine,.Clinical outcomes,　MRI of the September 26,2021 showed no significant abnormalities in the neurohypophysis and pituitary stalk. Since taking medicine a year, pituitary tumor symptom disappears, thirsty and polyuria symptom reduces substantially, the spirit was fine, the coating on the tongue was white and greasy and the pulse was thin.
