摘要

病史摘要,2,康某，女，43岁，主因“未避孕未孕9年，辅助生殖失败6次”于2021年5月27日就诊。患者自2012年开始备孕未果，2016年7月至2019年5月先后于巴厘岛、北京大学第三医院、北京协和医院共行6次辅助生殖均失败。刻下症：乏力，纳少，情绪抑郁，急躁易怒，大便黏腻。舌暗红，苔白厚，脉弦滑。既往史：2013年于北京复兴医院行子宫纵隔切除术。月经及孕产史：平素月经规律，LMP：5月14日。孕1产0，2007年行人工流产。辅助检查：北京大学第一医院2020年8月AMH结果示：0.9 ng/mL；爱人精液常规提示精子活力低下；2021年1月8日女性激素提示FSH/LH＞3.6。中医诊断　断绪（肝郁气滞，脾肾两虚证）。西医诊断　继发性不孕干预措施　始终坚持整体观念，辨病与辨证相结合，审因论治，以“开郁育种”为主导思想，疏肝理气以“开郁”，补肾健脾以“育种”，同时予以心理支持，生活调摄，受孕后积极保胎。疗效转归　成功自然受孕，保胎后足月分娩。

Abstract

Summary of case history,　Patient named Kang, female, 43 years old, went to the hospital mainly because of no contraception, no pregnancy for 9 years, assisted reproduction failure for 6 times. The patient began to prepare for pregnancy in 2012, but failed. From July 2016 to may 2019, she underwent assisted reproduction in Bali, the Third Hospital of Beijing Medical College, and Beijing Union Medical College Hospital for a total of 6 times, all of which failed. Subetch syndromes are Weak, lack of appetite, depressed, irritable, sticky stool. The tongue is dark red, the moss is white and thick, and the pulse string is slippery. Past history:she underwent hysterectomy in Beijing Fuxing Hospital in 2013. Menstrual and Pregnancy history:Regular menstruation, LMP: May 14. G1P0,abortion was performed in 2007. Auxiliary examination: In August 2020, AMH result showed 0.9 ng/ml performed in Peking University First Hospital; The semen routine of the lover is normal. On January 8, 2021, sex hormones result showed FSH/LH＞3.6.,TCM diagnosis,　Infertility . The syndrome differentiation belongs to stagnation of liver qi and deficiency of spleen and kidney.,Western medicine diagnosis,　Secondary Infertility,Therapeutic methods,　Always adhere to the overall concept, distinguish disease and syndrome differentiation, examine the cause and treat.Take Kaiyu to help pregnancy as the theory, soothe the liver and regulating qi to Kaiyu, tonify the kidney and spleen to help pregnancy, at the same time, psychological support, adjust life, and actively protect the fetus after pregnancy.,Clinical outcomes,　Successful natural pregnancy, full-term delivery after fetal protection.
