Summary of case history,　The patient, surnamed Li, a married 52-year-old female, was first diagnosed on August 2, 2017 for seven years of intractable bodily pain after an artificial abortion operation. After abortion more than 7 years ago, the appearance of joint muscle pain, numbness swelling sensation was obvious, the symptoms got worse if near the cold, and can be relieved by heat. The hands and feet were always cold, so she needed to wear thick clothes. Over the course of seven years, the patient was treated in a number of hospitals, oral Chinese medicine, painkillers and hormones, but the above symptoms improved slightly, and it often recurs after discontinuation. The patient had some tests such as blood routine examination, sedimentation test, anti streptolysin, rheumatoid factors and X-ray but found no problem. She came to the clinic with the symptoms described above, anxiety, tired, looking gloomy, feeling thirst and tongue scorched, palm hot, pachylosis, emaciated. When complaining of her illness, she fell into tears, often affected sleep by pain, dark red tongue, thin white moss, thin and astringent pulse. Her menstrual cycle and menstrual period was normal withdark color blood andabdominal pain which can be endured. The skin and joints of the patient's hands were cold, and the joint movement was normal. With the method of nourishing qi and blood, dispersing cold through warm meridian, removing blood stasis and relieving pain,Jin Gui Wen Jing, decoction was administrated.. both physical and mental treatments were applied.,Clinical outcomes,　After 3 months of internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction and moral support, the patient recovered from symptoms. After 3 months of drug withdrawal, we tracked that her symptoms have not recurred.
