Summary of case history,　Five years ago, the patient had no obvious reason caused of dry mouth, tooth flake shedding, and did not pay attention. She had parotid gland enlargement, fatigue, no rash, no light allergy, no joint swelling and pain, frequent nocturia for more than 10 years. On October 25,2021,she was diagnosed as Sjogren 's syndrome in the Department of Rheumatology, Tongzhou Branch of Dongzhimen Hospital.
