Summary of case history,　In June 2021, the patient presented with "diarrhea with vague pain in the left abdomen" due to improper treatment after a cold, so she was seen at the local hospital. during hospitalization, the serum creatinine result was 199 μmol/L and the vasculitis test suggested anti-myeloperoxidase antibody (+), but the patient did not pay attention to it and did not undergo systematic treatment. Later, she was treated in the local hospital as an inpatient or as an outpatient. on October 12, her serum creatinine was raised again to 467 μmol/L and Hb 89 g/L. Her condition gradually deteriorated and she came to our hospital on October 25, 2021.
