摘要

病史摘要,2,患者，女，63岁，因咳血发现左肺下叶病变，穿刺病理为浸润性肺腺癌，先后行埃克替尼、吉非替尼、安罗替尼、阿美替尼靶向治疗，因靶向治疗耐药，改为培美曲塞+顺铂+贝伐珠单抗方案治疗3周期，后因无法耐受化疗来诊。刻下症见：口流大量涎唾、不能自控、进食吞咽困难，轻微烧心，眠可，大便不成形，日一次，小便正常。舌淡红，苔水滑，脉沉弱。中医诊断　肺癌阳虚水饮证西医诊断　左肺下叶恶性肿瘤腺癌CT3N1MI IV期，淋巴结转移，胸膜转移干预措施　予温阳中药汤剂口服。疗效转归　治疗后患者不适症状改善，生活质量明显提高，治疗后第1、2、4、6、8、12个月分别复查CT，病灶稳定或较前缩小。

Abstract

Summary of case history,　The patient, a 63-year-old female, was diagnosed with left lower lobe lesion due to hemoptysis. The puncture pathology was: invasive lung adenocarcinoma. She was treated with targeted therapy such as ectinib, gefitinib, anrotinib and amitinib successively. Because of the drug resistance of targeted therapy, she changed to pemetrexed+cisplatin+bevacizumab regimen for three cycles. Later, she came to the clinic because she could not tolerate chemotherapy. The symptoms are: a lot of saliva in the mouth, difficulty swallowing, mild heartburn, good sleep, irregular stool, once a day, and normal urination.The tongue is reddish, the fur is watery and slippery, and the pulse is weak.,TCM diagnosis,　lung cancer with yang deficiency and water drinking syndrome.,Western medicine diagnosis,　left lower lobe malignant tumor adenocarcinoma CT3N1MI IV lymph node metastasis and pleural metastasis,.Therapeutic methods,　Taking Wenyang decoction orally.,Clinical outcomes,　After taking Wenyang decoction orally, the patients' discomfort symptoms were improved and their quality of life was obviously improved. After treatment, CT was reexamined at the first, second, fourth, sixth, eighth and twelfth months, and the lesions were stable or smaller than before.
