摘要

病史摘要,2,女，39岁，2018年11月1日初诊，婚后同居未避孕未孕2年，IVF失败2次。患者2017年3月输卵管造影提示：双侧输卵管不通。2017年8月行IVF-ET，共取卵4枚，移植囊胚2枚，未着床，2018年2月行FET（冻融胚胎移植），移植冻胚2枚，再次着床失败。拟行中药调理后再行IVF-ET。中医诊断　1.全无子2.月经过少；肾虚肝郁证。西医诊断　1.原发不孕2.月经量少。干预措施　补肾行气化瘀，治疗4个月痊愈。疗效转归　IVF后妊娠。
