The patient had a history of hypertension; diabetes mellitus; cervical malignancy; lung tumor; bone tumor (left upper humerus, scapula, thoracic 8 vertebrae, right 12,th, rib, right iliac bone, considering bone metastasis). The tongue coating changed from black greasy moss to thin white moss.
