Summary of case history, The patient, Li,female,born in 1990,Shanxi Province,who suffered from umbosacral pain and gonalgia. After abortion in April,2018,the patient appeared anemophobia,low back sweating,heel pain,umbosacral pain and gonalgia,back-ache fatigue,dreaminess,hand flatulence,sticky mouth.She had been diagnosed as ' sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease ' and treated by many doctors for nearly 5 months.Nourishing kidney and blood, activating blood and detoxifing, regulating menstruation and relieving pain had no impro-vement,after diagnosing to be sequelae pelvic inflammatory disease.,TCM diagnosis, Lumbago(Taiyang Shaoyang Yangming disease),Western medicine diagnosis, Sequelae pelvic inflammatory disease,Therapeutic methods, Have Shenzhuo formula with Mahuang Xixin Fuzi formula.Keep the patient to avoid cold or spicy products, smooth mood,balance between work and rest.,Clinical outcomes, Symptoms greatly relieved after treatment.Had pregnancy half a year later,and childbirth one year later.
