Children with Repeated Abdominal Pain, Joint Pain without Purpura in one Case
Medical history Abstract, Child: Du Mou, 6 years old. The main cause was "intermittent double lower limb rash for more than 2 months". From January to May 2022, the child experienced several abdominal pain and joint pain, accompanied by repeated rash. Traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis: pediatric purpura, blood fever syndrome; Western medicine diagnosis: allergic purpura. After the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine and non-drug means, the child's abdominal pain and joint pain did not recur, and no hematuria or proteinuria since the follow-up to the onset of nearly half a year.
