Summary of case history,　ZHANG, a 34-year-old female, was admitted to the peripheral vascular clinic of our hospital on December 15, 2021, mainly because of "swelling of both lower limbs with ulceration for more than one month". Swelling of both lower limbs with multiple ruptures, about 10×12 cm in the big, about 4×5 cm in the small, local exudation,poor spirit, pale, weak speech, dry mouth like drinking, nausea and retching, wheezing, easy to sweat, epigastric distension, poor sleep, defecation difficulty, normal urination.
