Summary of case history, Patient SU Mou, female, 16 years old, was obese before puberty. After 12 years of menarche, her menstruation was rare. She had been menstruating for 3-5 months in the past year, accompanied by irregular vaginal bleeding, weight gain, and facial acne. She was diagnosed as polycystic ovary syndrome in a number of top-three hospitals.
