Summary of case history,　A female patient, Zheng, 52 years old, menopaused in 2019, and had been menopausal for 3 years at the time of treatment.The patient was postmenopausal and suffered from recurrent lower abdominal distending pain for more than 8 years, since 2014,aggravating for over 2 months. In 2014, there was no obvious inducement of repeated lower abdominal distending pain, and the symptoms improved after several treatments. In 2020, without the obvious cause, the symptoms of lower abdominal falling and distending pain reappeared and were repeated despite of treatments. In recent two months,From February 2022, it was reappeared. Currently,On April 21, 2022, when visiting the doctor, the whole abdominal falling and distending pain is obvious, with a dry mouth, no bitter taste, and clear, thin, watery diarrhea. Eat and sleep well, and urinate well. Her tongue is red, coated with slightly yellow and slimy fur. Her pulse is string-like, thin and rapid.
