Summany of case history,　The patient surnamed Chen, a 33yearsold female,was first diagnosed on March 7, 2022. Chief Complaint: Nasal itching, sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion for 20 years. The patient began to have nasal itching, sneezing, runny nose and nasal congestion after catching cold 20 years ago,then he went to a hospital and was diagnosed with allergic rhinitis. The symptoms were relieved after treatment with antihistamines and topical nasal sprays. He came to the clinic of our hospital for treatment on March 7, 2022. Present symptoms: unbearable nasal itching, frequent sneezing, runny nose, alternate nasal congestion, itchy eyes, hyposmia with VAS score of smell: 5 points, fear of cold, ear blockage, hearing loss, no ear pain, tinnitus. cough, no expectoration, sore throat, no sore throat. snoring during sleep, mouth breathing,average quality of sleep, it is difficult to sleep during nasal congestion attacks, No symptoms of abdominal distension or diarrhea . The tongue is pale, fat and slightly dark, with tooth marks on the side, the coating is white and slippery , and the left pulse is thin, and the right pulse is thin and weak.,TCM diagnosis,　The desease of Bi Qiu, The pattern of syndrome is deficiency of lung Qi and cold.,Western medicine diagnosis ,a　llergic rhinitis.,Therapeutic methods,　To warm the lung and disperse the cold, replenish qi and strengthen solid surface as the treatment method, combination Xiao QingLong and Cangerzi San as the treatment medicine.,Clinical outcomes,　This patient was treated with TCM. The patient took medication on the basis of dialectical treatment for 20 days, the symptoms of nasal discomfort basically disappeared, but the hyposmia was still there, its appetite, bowel movements and overall mental state were significantly improved. After stopping the drug, the patients were instructed to continue to avoid wind and cold,eat a light diet, live a regular life, ensure sleep; regulate emotions, exercise appropriately, and take anti-mite measures. At a follow-up period of 3 month, the symptoms of this patient was stable.
