Summary of case history,　WU, male, 54 years old, went on January 9th, 2018 for "Diarrhea for more than 1 year". Besides, we instructed the patient to stop taking hypoglycemia agents, monitor blood sugar, and added or subtracted medication according to the syndrome in the follow-up visit.,Clinical outcomes,　After treatment, his diarrhea stopped without abdominal distension.
