A Case Report of Infertility with Diminished Ovarian Reserve After Ovarian Endometriotic Cyst Stripping
Summary of case history, The patient's dysmenorrhea was progressively aggravated for more than 6 years with the same sexual partner infertility for more than 2 years. The menstrual cycle was still regular, but the dysmenorrhea was obvious. It usually radiated to the lumbosacral region and the inner thighs, accompanied by cold sweat, pale complexion, dizziness, vomiting, aversion to cold and numbness. In 2010, a cystic mass of about 6 cm was found on the right side, and laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy was performed. After operation, the dysmenorrhea was relieved by the injection of triptorelin acetate for half a year. Withdrawal of more than 2 months, the patient 's menstruation gradually resumed as usual, but the patient was susceptible to the following symptoms, including fatigue, weakness in the lower back and knees, decreased libido, menstrual flow decreased by half compared with the previous, significantly less and thinner vaginal secretions and occasionally vaginal dryness discomfort. In recent years, dysmenorrhea has been gradually worsened. The ineffectiveness of symptomatic treatment with non-steroidal analgesics and the urgency to conceive add to the distress.,TCM diagnosis, infertility; dysmenorrhea; hypomenorrhea; Syndrome differentiation: kidney weakness, stagnation of blood stasis,Western medicine diagnosis, Secondary infertility; Ovarian endometriosis cyst stripping after surgery; diminished ovarian reserve; Pelvic endometriosis stage Ⅱ,Therapeutic methods, kidney and put down Chong qi, removal of blood stasis and stagnation,Clinical outcomes, Dysmenorrhea improved significantly and natural conception successful childbirth a baby.
