A Case of Primary Liver Cancer Treated by Zhao Wenxia
Summary of case history, Six months ago, the patient developed right hypochondriac discomfort and fatigue after fatigue. Dual-source CT examination was performed in a local hospital and the patient was diagnosed as primary liver cancer, which was treated by transcatheter arterial chemoembolization. In the past week, he developed aggravation of right hypochnic discomfort due to bad mood. He went to Professor Zhao Wenxia's outpatient clinic. Dual-source CT plain scan + enhanced examination suggested that he had liver cancer. The patient had a history of hepatitis B for 20 years. He had been on anti-hepatitis B therapy for 6 years and was taking antiviral therapy with lamivudine and adefovir dipivoxil at presentation.,TCM diagnosis, Cancer (liver cancer) Liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,Western medicine diagnosis Primary liver cancer, Recurrence after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,Therapeutic methods, Western medicine treatment by transcatheter arterial interventional chemoembolization and symptomatic support treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine adopts the treatment principle of "nourishing the liver and spleen, nourishing Qi and tonifying the kidney", and gives Xiaoyao powder and Liujunzi decoction for treatment. In the second diagnosis, Chinese medicine was added to the honeycomb to enhance the effect of detoxification. In the three diagnosis, yanhusuo and chuanlianzi were added to enhance the function of soothing liver and regulating Qi, jiangchan was added to enhance the function of dispersing phlegm and dispersing nozzles, and tubiechong and paoshanjia were added to enhance the function of promoting blood circulation and eliminating disease. During the treatment period, the patient's liver cancer recurred 6 times. Four times of hepatic arteriography + transcatheter arterial chemoembolization and two times of radiofrequency ablation were performed before and after the treatment.,Clinical outcomes, At return visit, the patient can take care of himself, but after fatigue will appear right hypochondria discomfort, fatigue. His re-examination of dual-source CT showed no new lesions or metastases.
