Summary of case history ,Female patient named Miao, 24 years old, Due to menstrual period manic restlessfor half a year she visited the doctor, now menstruation was approaching, she felt trance, upset, nausea and had poor appetite, large amount of vaginal discharge and foul smell, black eyes, she didn't have bowel movement for 2 days, tongue was red with yellow and greasy moss, pulse was string slippery and fasterr.,TCM diagnosis: ,Menstrual madness (syndrome of liver qi stagnation),Western medicine diagnosis:,Premenstrual syndrome,Therapeutic methods: ,The treatment is mainly based on ,wendan, decoction plus ,daige, powder to purge fire and remove phlegm.,Clinical outcomes ,No recurrence was observed for half a year after drug withdrawal, and menstruation was normal.
