Summary of case history ,The patient came to the outpatient clinic for "feeling of fullness and fullness in the stomach for 3 years and aggravating for half a year". In the past 3 years, the patient had recurrent episodes of fullness and fullness in the stomach cavity, accompanied by dizziness, which worsened after meals and in the afternoon, especially in summer. I have a bitter mouth, occasional dull pain in the upper abdomen, tinnitus, occasional chest tightness, weakness in the lower limbs, fear of heat, more dreams, and tinnitus. He visited a hospital in Jining for many times and was diagnosed with "chronic gastritis". He was given omeprazole enteric coated capsules and Mosapride tablets orally, and the effect was not obvious. After seeing a doctor in our hospital, he took a variety of traditional Chinese medicine, which was effective, but it was easy to relapse after stopping the medicine. The previous history of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease after stenting was 3 years, and the history of chronic gastritis was 3 years.,TCM diagnosis ,stomach ruff disease. yang ming deficiency heat, qi yin deficiency and water drinking syndrome.,Western medicine diagnosis ,chronic gastritis; coronary heart disease after stenting;brain atrophy.,Therapeutic methods ,Traditional Chinese medicine granules for 10 days, take with water.Which based on clearing heat and Tonifying Qi and Yin, and the prescription is Lophatherum and Gypsum Decoction and Cocculus Trilobus Decoction.,Clinical outcomes ,The patient's symptoms were significantly reduced, and the original prescription was continued. After half a year, he relapsed due to careless diet and recovered after treatment. The patient has not relapsed for more than 1 year.
