摘要

病史摘要,2,左眼视物模糊、变暗、变小4个月。中医诊断　视瞻昏渺（气滞目络，水饮内停）西医诊断　左眼年龄相关性黄斑变性（I型CNV伴浆液性视网膜色素上皮脱离）。干预措施　口服中药汤剂治疗。疗效转归　患者视力较前好转，视物模糊、变暗、变小明显改善。

Abstract

Summary of case history ,Left eyes blurred, darker, smaller 4 months.,TCM diagnosis ,Vision faint (Qi stagnation eye collaterals, water retention).,Western medicine diagnosis ,Age-related macular degeneration in left eyes (type I CNV with serous PED).,Therapeutic methods ,Oral Chinese medicine decoction treatment.,Clinical outcomes ,Visual acuity improved, blurred vision, darker, smaller significantly improved,.
