摘要

病史摘要,2,倪某，女性，35岁，2020年9月11日初诊。未避孕未怀孕3个月。 G0，夫精正常，女方月经规则，5~7/30~35天，lmp：2020年8月7日，量中色正，有血块，偶有痛经。2020年8月10日查AMH：0.98 ng/mL，FSH：9.26 mIU/mL，LH：3.77 mIU/mL。甲状腺功能正常，妇科B超未见明显异常。,中医诊断, 全无子；肾虚血瘀证。,西医诊断, 原发不孕（排卵障碍性不孕）。,干预措施, 以调冲方等补肾益气、养血活血的中药治疗。,疗效转归 ,服上方共计30付，因月经错后1周，自测尿HCG弱阳性，查血HCG阳性。
