Application of the liver-spleen correlation theory in acute eczema
This paper briefly analyzes the disease mechanism of acute eczema from the view of the relationship between the liver and spleen, and discusses the application of the therapy of regulating the liver and spleen in the internal treatment of acute eczema.Physiologically, the liver and spleen depend on each other in transporting and transforming water and food, regulating qi movements and blood circulation; pathologically, the two have a complex transmission relationship based on the theory of five elements and generating and controlling. The pathological elements of acute eczema include wind, dampness, heat and so on, which are closely related to the disorder of the liver and spleen. In the treatment of acute eczema, we should grasp the causes of the liver and spleen injuries, distinguish wind, dampness and heat, treat both the disorder of the liver and spleen and clearaway the excessive pathogenic factors.
