摘要

患者育龄期女性，因月经量减少就诊，症见：月经量减少2年，近3个月经量较前减少约1/2，经色暗红，腰酸、耳鸣、燥热、盗汗、经期大便干结；纳可，多梦而易醒；舌红苔黄，脉细弦；FSH：15.23 mIU/mL。诊断为卵巢功能减退，辨证为肾阴虚证。以滋补肝肾，养血理冲为治法，灵活运用七子益肾理冲汤，月经量恢复并助孕成功。
