摘要

病史摘要,2,张某，女性，32岁，2020年10月9日初诊。主诉：近4年连续流产3次。2016年、2017年、2018年孕6周胎停育3次，查夫妻双方染色体均正常，女方查抗核抗体谱示ANA（+）、SSA（+）、抗Ro-52（+），现服用阿司匹林、劳乐治疗。月经时有错后，40~60天一行，6~7天干净，量中，色暗红，有血块，无痛经，lmp：2020.9.21。患者体胖，身高160 cm，体重80k g。自诉夫精正常，女方性激素、甲状腺功能正常，未监测排卵，查输卵管造影示双侧通畅。2020.3.5查妇科B超：内膜0.45 cm，宫底肌层回声不匀，子宫腺肌瘤可能。,中医诊断, 滑胎，肾虚痰湿证。,西医诊断, 复发性流产，子宫腺肌瘤。,干预措施, 许老结合“预培其损”的滑胎防治法则，通过益肾、疏肝、健脾等治法，以调冲方、苍附导痰汤、桂枝茯苓丸等为主方调理月经周期、促进卵巢排卵、改善内膜环境，使肾气冲任得充、气血瘀滞得除、痰浊湿阻得化，而易于受孕。,疗效转归 ,治疗近1年，门诊告知怀孕。受孕后仍注重调补肝脾肾，使冲任气血充沛，从而胎元稳固。
