Summary of case history, Chen, a 48-year-old male, was diagnosed with Adult onset Still diseas for 2 years due to recurrent fever and rash. Over the past two years, patients with fever and recurrent limb rash and joint pain have been repeatedly diagnosed and treated in several large tertiary hospitals. Multiple examinations of rheumatoid factors and antinuclear antibody spectrum were negative, bone marrow puncture was negative, and blood culture was negative. After treatment with hormones and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, the effect was not good.
