Summary of case history ,The patient Guo, male, 77 years old. On June 24, 2019, he went to see a doctor because of "discomfort in the right upper abdomen in March". 3 months ago, due to discomfort in the right upper quadrant, we found liver space occupying and positive markers of hepatitis B in the external hospital. He came to our hospital for systematic diagnosis and treatment. The patient has positive hepatitis B markers, elevated alpha fetoprotein, and abdominal CT has typical characteristics of liver cancer. He do not accept invasive examination and treatment, and seek TCM treatment. Symptoms and signs: slightly poor spirit, self-perceived fatigue, distension and discomfort in the right upper abdomen, sometimes with dull pain, accompanied by phlegm, dumb, general appetite, poor sleep at night, normal urine and stool.
