Treatment of Immune Thrombocytopenia with Hashimoto's thyroiditis with Modified Chaihuguizhi Decoction and buzhongyiqi Decoction: A Case Report增强出版
Summary of case history ,Patient Huang, female, 24 years old, visited our outpatient clinic on July 27, 2021 for 'thrombocytopenia for more than 3 years'. The patient's platelets were low in the precursor examination for more than 3 years, which was not taken seriously.Two years ago, the patient was diagnosed with "immune thrombocytopenia" in the local hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and was discharged after hormone treatment. In July 2021, the patient's platelet fluctuated between 15×10,9,/L and 17×10,9,/L, and hemoglobin was 99 g/L. He was admitted to our hospital after outpatient treatment. Four diagnostic information : patients with clear mind, spirit, body fat, dark yellow complexion, skin scattered in a small amount of ecchymosis, occasional tooth bleeding, sleep, fatigue, normal urination, stool 4-5 times/day. The tongue is pale, with teeth marks, white moss slightly thick, weak pulse.,TCM diagnosis and syndrome (,purpura Qi-not taking blood syndrome).,Western medicine diagnosis ,1. Immune thrombocytopenia; 2. Mild anemia; 3. Chronic periodontitis; 4. Type 2 diabetes; 5. Hyperlipidemia; 6. Subclinical hypothyroidism; 7. Hashimoto's thyroiditis.,Therapeutic methods ,In traditional Chinese medicine, chaihu-Guizhi decoction combined with Buzhong-Yiqi decoction was used for treatment. Western medicine was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets and metformin sustained-release tablets.,Clinical outcomes ,Clinical recovery.
