摘要

病史摘要,2,患者于某，女性，56岁，2020年12月2日因“双手震颤3年余，加重伴头部不自主抖动2个月”就诊。3年余前无明显诱因出现双上肢持物时震颤，后逐渐加重。2020年10月就诊协和医院诊断为“特发性震颤”，未服药。近2个月双手震颤加重，伴头部不自主抖动。四诊信息：患者形体中等，双手震颤，头部时有不自主抖动，情绪焦虑，伴记忆力减退，入睡困难，梦多易醒，夜尿2～3次，纳可，小便频，大便可。舌淡红、苔薄白，脉细滑。中医诊断　颤证（督脉失充，脑髓失养证）。西医诊断　特发性震颤。干预措施　运用国医大师贺普仁温通法+微通法温督安神止颤。疗效转归　1年后随访，患者震颤未再出现，已如常人。

Abstract

Summary of case history, The patient Yu, female, 56 years old, visited the doctor on December 2, 2020 because of "hand tremor for more than 3 years, aggravated with involuntary head shaking for 2 months". More than 3 years ago, there was no obvious incentive for tremor when holding objects in both upper extremities, which gradually increased. In October 2020, she was diagnosed with "essential tremor" in Xiehe Hospital, and she did not take medicine. In the past 2 months, the tremor of the hands has increased, accompanied by involuntary shaking of the head. Symptoms and signs: The patient has a medium physique, tremors in both hands, involuntary shaking of the head, emotional anxiety, memory loss, difficulty in falling asleep, frequent dreams and easy awakening, and nocturnal urination 2 to 3 times. Naco, frequent urination, and bowel movements. Pale red tongue, thin white fur, thin and slippery pulse.,TCM diagnosis, Tremor syndrome (Du meridian insufficiency, brain insufficiency),Western medicine diagnosis ,Essential tremor,Therapeutic methods, Using the traditional Chinese medicine master He Puren Wentong method and Weitong method to warm and nourish Du meridian,soothe the nerves and stop tremor.,Clinical outcomes, At follow-up 1 year later, the patient's tremor did not appear again, and it was normal.
