摘要

年龄相关性黄斑变性（AMD）病机复杂，病程反复，发病率逐年上升，是全球老年人视力丧失的主要原因。目前西医治疗本病存在弊端，中医药可与其互补，中西医协同诊疗AMD为大势所趋。张丽霞主任以五运六气理论及三阴三阳开阖枢理论为指导，临证擅以审时握机，辨别阴阳。本案AMD患者虽有视力下降、眼底异常等局部病理改变，但无明显全身不适，张丽霞主任内外因相结合，审时度势，结合微观辨证，采用三因司天方加减治疗，效佳。,病史摘要,2,患者，男，61岁，左眼视力渐降伴视物变形、眼前暗影3月余。平素体健，无明显怕冷怕热，无口干口苦，纳眠可，二便调，舌淡红，苔黄腻，脉沉。中医诊断　视瞻昏渺（肺热脾虚证）。西医诊断　左眼湿性AMD。干预措施　中药正阳汤合牛膝木瓜汤加减口服。疗效转归　患者视力下降、视物变形、眼前暗影明显缓解，黄斑水肿基本消退。

Abstract

AMD is the main cause of vision loss in the world's elderly due to its complex pathogenesis, repeated course and increasing incidence. At present, western medicine has its shortcomings and disadvantages, and Chinese medicine can complement it. Director Zhang Lixia is guided by the theory of "five transport and six gas" and "kai-he-shu of three Yin and three Yang". In the case of AMD reported below, although the patient had local pathological changes such as decreased vision and abnormal fundus, there was no obvious systemic discomfort. Director Zhang Lixia combined internal and external factors to evaluate the situation, and adopted the addition and subtraction of The Three factors Sitian Formula to treat the disease, with good effect.,Summary of case history ,The patient, male, 61 years old, has gradually decreased visual acuity in the left eye with visual distortion and dark shadows for more than 3 months. Healthy in general, Pale red tongue with yellow and greasy coating, pulse sink.,TCM diagnosis ,shi zhan hun miao; Lung heat and spleen deficiency syndrome,Western medicine diagnosis ,Wet age-related macular degeneration in left eyes,Therapeutic methods ,Oral Chinese medicine decoction treatment.,Clinical outcomes, The patient's visual acuity decreased, visual distortion, and dark shadows ere significantly relieved, and macular edema subsided basically.
