Summary of case history ,The patient, female, 35 years old, arrived at our hospital due to "right breast mass with pain for more than 2 months and aggravated for 1 week". She was diagnosed as granulomatous lobular mastitis (right breast mass) by pathological examination in another hospital earlier, and she was suggested surgical treatment. But she refused, and then sought for Chinese medicine treatment. Presenting symptoms see: The right breast is swollen and painful, not red and not broken, and is usually anxious and irritable. The patient had a good meal, poor sleep, normal stool and urination. The tongue was light red with the slightly yellow and greasy moss, and the pulse was smooth. Physical examination: There was no redness, ulceration and exudation of secretions on the skin of the breast surface. A palpable mass of about 7 cm × 6 cm in the upper outer quadrant of the right breast could be palpated. The mass was with hard texture, poor mobility, clear boundary, and had no obvious wave motion. Enlarged lymph nodes could be touched under the right armpit, with clear boundary and moderate activity. The breast shape was normal.
